Ageless Men's Health is a rapidly growing national healthcare organization specializing in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine. With more than 90 clinics nationwide, we are continuing to expand our clinical footprint and invest in the systems, people, and infrastructure needed to support that growth.
About the Role
Ageless Men's Health is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to provide strategic leadership across our healthcare Business Operations function.
This role will oversee the strategic direction and optimization of revenue cycle, medical billing, insurance and payer operations, operational processes, reporting, and process improvement, and will serve as the operational point of contact for our EMR and healthcare technology vendors.
This Director will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership while providing direction, mentorship, and leadership to the Director of Business Operations and broader Business Operations team.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience from a multi-site healthcare organization, preferably urgent care, ambulatory care, primary care, specialty medicine, or another complex outpatient healthcare environment. This individual should be able to evaluate existing operations, identify opportunities for improvement, bring forward industry best practices, and develop scalable strategies to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities

EMR & Systems Operations
- Partner with our EMR and healthcare technology vendors on operational requirements, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve system utilization, automation, reporting, and workflows.
- Translate revenue cycle and clinic operations needs into clear written requirements for vendors, and confirm delivered changes work as intended.
- Surface system gaps that create manual work, rework, or reporting blind spots, with a recommended path to resolution.
Operational Performance & Growth
- Establish and monitor meaningful healthcare operations KPIs and reporting.
- Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and develop standardized, scalable workflows.
