With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Meridian, ID clinical team!

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant at Ageless Men’s Health, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both the clinical and front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, check them in, and help maintain a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere.
• Support front office operations including scheduling, answering phones, and processing payments.
• Assist clinical staff by preparing injections, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Take patient vitals, perform blood draws, and assist with other clinical procedures as needed.
• Educate and engage patients about treatment protocols, clinic services, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient outcomes.

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about men’s health, wellness, and preventive medicine.
• Comfortable performing blood draws, injections, and basic clinical procedures.
• A strong communicator who builds trust and connection with patients.
• Experienced in a clinic, outpatient, or medical office environment.
• Excited to grow within a national healthcare brand that values teamwork and innovation.

• Completion of a Medical Assistant or nursing Assistant training program (certification strongly preferred) or at least 1+ year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, etc.
• Phlebotomy experience (preferred).
• Current or recent experience in a clinic or outpatient medical setting (preferred).
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.
