JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to engage with warm web leads (derived from paid advertisement) — via both inbound and outbound calls — and guide them toward the next step in their wellness journey by scheduling an initial evaluation at one of our clinics. There is no cold calling involved; all leads have expressed interest in our services.

- Prior experience in phone sales, inside sales, or appointment setting (healthcare experience is a plus)
- A strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Comfort handling both inbound calls and outbound follow-ups
- A team-first mindset and a drive to help others feel their best
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with inbound leads who have submitted web inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to reconnect with unconverted leads
- Explain our services, answer basic questions, and qualify interest
- Schedule initial TRT evaluations for prospective patients
- Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in the CRM
- Meet call and conversion goals while delivering an excellent patient experience

- A comprehensive compensation package:
- $50,000 base salary
- Commission for each scheduled evaluation: target compensation with commission 70k-100k
