- $156,000 annual base salary
- Monday–Friday schedule – No nights, weekends, or on-call
- Outpatient clinic – No hospital rounds or acute care
- Consistent patient panel and relationship-based care

Our Oxnard clinic is growing, and we’re seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
As a PA-C or NP at Ageless Men’s Health, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer and monitor ongoing weekly treatments
- Educate patients on wellness and preventative care
- Build lasting relationships with a consistent patient base
- Active PA-C or NP license in California (required)
- Passion for men’s health, preventative medicine, and patient education
- Experience in a busy clinic or outpatient setting preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Eager to become a subject matter expert
- Competitive Salary: $156,000 annual base salary
